Mayfield Ky- Mayfield Graves County LTRG is excited to welcome Matthew Allen as the organization’s Assistant Executive Director. Allen will be moving to the LTRG’s Executive Director position in November of 2023.

“We are excited to have Matthew join our team as Assistant Director. He has been an integral part of our board and organization for well over a year. As he transitions to the Executive Director role in November, I am confident he will bring a new level of ideas and energy to the organization that will only help to better serve our survivors in their recovery,” said Ryan Drane LTRG Executive Director.

Allen has served on the LTRG’s board of directors in a variety of roles prior to being named Assistant Executive Director, including Secretary and Chair of the Unmet Needs Table.

He was most recently employed as Vice President for the Mayfield Regions Bank branch.

“A successful long-term recovery of our community will take the full effort of dozens of organizations and hundreds of people behind the scenes. As Assistant Executive Director of the Mayfield-Graves County LTRG, I want to continue our mission of seeing families fully recovered.

We have made great strides over the last year and half, but there are still many in need. I will be working towards finding additional funding and skilled laborers to meet the continued housing needs in our community,” said Matthew Allen.
